argh!!! early in the morning so much problems le..finally kena from user. told her ytd that i will get back to her. but end up oic nt arndthen i didnt call her back as well.. then this morning, A took the paper and put it on R's deskand told him say how come need to ask I etc.. lk mcm so protective of him. WAT SIA!!! i hate themthen no choice I came over to ask me to check with KRM then see how to solve the problem.then I ask me to call the user to see if problem persists. so i called the lady lo.then she say can work le. then i thinking good lo. who knows she say i said will get back to her ytdthen now still ask her if she tried working on the system again to see if working properlythen say so ur IT ppl working on it until how liao.. so i tell her lo. ytd IT nt arnd so this morning then pass to them.just called to see still gt that prob anot ma. then she say we everytime tell them will get back to them then end up isthey solve the problem themselves. i was lk alr thinking, wtf! u tell me, blame me for wat. i dun even noe u do la.. then freaking ppl are not arnd to help, helpdesk is nt everything also noe ok!!! i didnt ask u to keep trying leh. is u yourself wanna try then still blame me, i just wanna double check if problem still persists only.
so many bitches arnd.. office: 2 and counting, customers: plenty and neverending..
a customer just made my day nice again. she is so sweet la and patient and nice, cute over the phone too.. and of course, to be able to solve her porblem i'm happy too.after she got everything rite, she just said "yea, successful!" she is just so sweet la.. made my day very nice after the bad call in the morning. =)of course my colleague, R was very nice to help me out when i have problem..coz he is the only one arnd and nearest to me, when i turn i can ask le.. hahahah
