happy birthday to andrew good fren, enjoy ur day ok?

haha... i gave my dad a belated fathers' day present today. =)

haha.. it was a tough journey. i was lk some loner going on a journey to a unknown place. =?

i woke up at arnd 9am and wash up, changed and everything, then step out onto my journey.
first stop, went to thomson's Ritz Apple Strudel shop to get my dad's fave apple strudel. he loves that stuff. i wonder... i took 410 from my side to thomson and alighted and bought my stuff and took 410 back to bishan mrt station.

#i was quite lucky, coz i need nt wait so long for buses. lucky lucky. that really saved me alot of time. coz i wanna reach my dad's place before lunchtime. catch him before he goes for lunch

then from there i was carrying the apple strudel plastic bag, then boarded the train. ppl was lk looking at me. i wonder abt that too. wat so strange? was standing all the way until i reached raffles city station. then change train and headed to queenstown.

#haha. when i reach raffles city, the train opp just arrived awhile ago. then i heard the beep beep sound that signals that door closing. so i stone outside the platform and then tot cant board le, ended up, the door didnt close and then an army boarded it quickly i still stoning outside thinking whether to board anot. then suddenly run in. =

then i cont my journey to queenstown. finally reached was abt 10plus. i couldnt really figure out how to get to my dad's place. so i showed the address to the personnel at the control station. she told me to exit from the right and then walk straight. that's all. then told me that it will only be a 10min walk. so went ahead with it.

when i came out, it was so cold. the wind kept blowing and blowing. was freezing. finally managed to reach the traffic light. then was thinking mayb shld get him coffee also. so went to the nearest 7-11 and gt him a coffeebean frappucino mocha. then i ask the lady at 7-11 for directions. she had no idea. =)

suddenly, i rmb wat my mum tot me. she said my dad's office was near Mercedes Benz showroom. so when i look out of 7-11, i saw. then i headed the other way. haiz. shld have nv believe my mum in giving directions. i was so lost there and turned to a taxi driver for help. he told me that my dad's office is the other side(the original way the control station personnel told me) i was lk jaw-dropped. walked so far le, only then to realized was wrong. -.-

so walked again lo, called my mum and nagged at her. then she say wat u noe, she say shld alight at redhill, faster. was lk so angry coz i've been telling her that i will be alighting at queenstown since dunno when and she didnt correct me. she still laughed. =(

#luckily i didnt listen to her to alight at redhill, coz that will only be even much further away. =)

anyways, i walked and walked only to realize that i would probably end up at the back of his office and that i wont be allowed entry and have to walk back all the way front. haiz.. but still lost so i ask the security guard of Renault and he told me is up in front. i look again and realized i over shot his office.. wahaha.. how blur can i get, nt alert enuf and nt looking arnd. so walked there. then i dun wanna walk all the way back to the front so i decided to call my dad down.

here comes the shocking news! with the intention of giving him a surprise, i was then struck by lightning when he told me over the phone that he is at toa payoh branch office. and here i am at queenstown main office. argh! my day couldnt get worse. wind and rain hit on me and managed to find my way and only to hear that i couldnt get to see him. OMG!!! haiz. so no choice. he ask me to pass the phone to the guard and he spoke to him and to allow me to get thru the building without making a detour. lucky!

then i ask the guard where is the receptionist then he joked and told me that the guards are the receptionist. for awhile i'm shocked then to realize it was a joke. -.-

then i went into the showroom and saw the receptionist and passed the things to her. then she ask me am i my dad's daughter, so i was lk smiled and nod my head. wahaha.. wat an ans..

then was so tired from the rain, wind, walk so decided to flag a cab hm. haiz. what a long day! so tired.

but glad that my dad was happy. or at least that is wat i heard from my mum. hehe. =)
all the walk, rain and wind is worth it now!
